For the Subsequent Salesperson's and Broker's Online and Home study options:
Day 1: Complete exams for the five mandated courses. 125 True/False questions, 125 minutes allowed, but most of you will be done in under an hour.
Day 2: At least 24 hours later, you'll take Part 1 of consumer protection. Complete a 32 True/False question exam, 32 minutes allowed.
Day 3: At least 24 hours later, you'll take Part 2 of consumer protection. Complete a 33 True/False question exam, 33 minutes allowed
* Remember, the Dept of Real Estate only allows 15 credit hours of testing in any 24 hour period.
For the Subsequent Salesperson's and Broker's Live Seminar options:
Day 1: Live half day seminar with Charlie Krackeler. Complete exams for the five mandated courses. 125 True/False questions, 125 minutes allowed, but most of you will be done in under an hour. Upon successful completion, you will receive a certificate of completion for 15 credit hours of all mandated courses. You will also receive an access code to our website to take the remaining 30 credit hours of testing for the Consumer Protection portion of our course.
Day 2: At least 24 hours later, you'll take Part 1 of consumer protection. You will login to our website and complete a 32 True/False question exam, 32 minutes allowed.
Day 3: At least 24 hours later, you'll take Part 2 of consumer protection. Again, you will login to our website and complete a 33 True/False question exam, 33 minutes allowed Then the computer will generate a certificate of completion for these two test. And you're done!!
